Everyone wants to look their best in photos, and we understand that! However, in editing, we try our best to keep our images looking natural and authentic while still making you look your best. We typically do a round of basic colour correction and basic skin smoothening for every selected headshot.
We often have clients ask, What do we mean by basic colour correction? Does it include removing pimples, wrinkles, eyebags, changing facial or body shape? These requests do not fall under our definition of basic colour correction, however, we will be happy to accommodate special requests for a small additional fee.
Basic Colour Correction + Basic Skin Smoothening
Colours of the photos in the initial stage are usually lifeless-looking, so it’s absolutely a must that we bring some life to the photos! A basic colour correction is essentially adding and balancing out the brightness, colours (saturation), colour temperature, highlights, and shadows of the photos as well as cropping out excessive backgrounds to make the images look more centred. For corporate headshots, we will include a round of basic skin smoothening that will make your skin look silkier than before. A few toggles here and there will instantly make your photos look more vibrant and captivating!
