Over the years, I have sat across from so many women in the middle of a transition. Some were stepping into a leadership role they had worked years for. Others simply needed a photo that finally looked like who they had become, not who they used to be.
But through the years, I noticed a gap. It is that missing puzzle piece that aligns who someone is on the inside and how they feel they are showing up on the outside. I have come to believe that real confidence happens when those two things finally sync. When your presence matches who you actually are.
That belief led me to co-create a two-day programme called Executive Presence: The Foundations, a two-day journey I am running alongside two coaches I deeply respect, Vivian Yap and Jade Lim.
Why This Programme Exists
So many capable women can do the work. They deliver, they execute, they solve problems others can’t. What often gets left behind, especially at the point of stepping into more senior or visible roles, is the presence to match it. The ability to walk into a room and be believed before a word is spoken.
This programme was built for that exact gap.
Three Coaches, One Integrated Approach
We each bring a different piece of the picture, and together they form the full picture of presence.
Vivian Yap brings influence. A former C-suite CMO turned Executive Coach, she works with how you lead a room and hold your ground when the answers aren’t clear yet, using her Head, Heart, Hands framework to build clarity, connection and purposeful action.
Jade Lim brings image. An AICI-certified image consultant and executive presence coach, she helps your appearance, communication and emotional intelligence say what you actually mean to say, so your outside finally matches your inside.
I bring poise. The posture, physical presence and stillness that let people feel who you really are before you say anything at all. We close our time together with a professional headshot, so you leave with an image that finally reflects the leader you have already become.
The Journey, Not Just a Workshop
Real change happens when learning is put into practice, not just discussed in a room. That’s why this programme goes beyond a training day.
Day 1, 29 October 2026 — Build the Foundations We start with what Executive Presence really means and how it shapes the way others experience your leadership. You’ll work through the IMPACT system to understand how your competence, reputation and value are currently perceived, learn strategic communication frameworks for high-stakes conversations, and explore how appearance, colour and dress can be used with intention rather than left to chance. You’ll also discover your own seasonal colour palette to guide you long after the workshop ends.
Group Coaching — From Learning to Action Between the two workshop days, you’ll take what you’ve learned back into your real work and real relationships. Then you’ll return to an online group coaching session, facilitated by our three ICF-credentialed coaches, to reflect, gain insight from different perspectives, and stay accountable to what you’re building.
Day 2, 26 November 2026 — Integration Lab You’ll come back with real experiences from the month in between, work through practical leadership scenarios, and learn to recognise the emotional patterns that can derail your presence under pressure. The day closes with posture and poise practice, peer posing exercises, and an individual professional headshot session that captures your integrated executive presence.
