How many videographers will be at the event?
It depends on how big the event is and how many people are at your event. One camera operator or videographer might be enough for a small, private event. For bigger events with more than one session or breakout room, we will suggest a larger team so that we don’t miss anything.
Will you record both the video and audio of speeches or performances?
We will make sure that important events like speeches, performances, and presentations are recorded well and work with your AV team on capturing this.
Can we also film some interviews with guests or speakers during or after the event?
Absolutely. Vox pops, or on-the-spot interviews with guests or speakers, are a great way to give your event video some personality.
How long is a typical event highlight video?
We would recommend around two to three minutes for an ideal duration.
When will I get the final video after the event?
Our post-production video edit will take around 14-21 working days, depending on video complexity. Just let us know if you need a quick teaser or highlight reel for social media. We can make that a priority for you.
What will happen if something goes wrong at the event?
